We have an all-wheel drive capable chassis dynamometer system.

The Dynoproject dyno allows for precise measurements, performance comparisons and engine loading for diagnostics. The facility may be used by Subaru and Mitsubishi road car owners, rally and race teams as well as owners of 1000bhp dragracers.

The facility makes enables us to study functioning of car's control systems, develop engine mapping and even run-in cars that may not be run on public roads.

All engine modifications carried out by 4turbo are confirmed by data from the dyno. Bacause of that the risks taken during road testing are reduced to minimum.

Before coming to the dyno, please prepare and verify the following things in your car:

  1. Fuel
    Please, bring your car with the fuel tank at least half full (but not more than ¾). Please fill up with PB98.
  2. O2 sensor socket
    Please, check if your exhaust system includes a second O2 sensor socket (we connect our own diagnostic equipment) and verify if the sensor (or its hole plug) is not stuck and unscrews easily.
  3. Choice of tyres
    We achieve maximum speeds at the dyno, so for the sake of your and our safety, please make sure that the tyres are no more than 6 years old.
  4. Engine and transmission
    Before visiting our dyno, please verify the technical condition of your engine and transmission - please, fix any kind of leakage.
  5. Access to belt anchorage points in the chassis at the test stand. If under the engine there is a sump guard, diffuser, splitter - please disassemble them.
  6. Verify the level of oil and engine coolant - they should be filled to the maximum.
  7. New air filter is always appreciated.
  8. Wheel alignment is correctly set and camber is no more then 2 degrees. If the car is during build – please, set the wheel alignment straight.
  9. At normal driving weight, wheels don't catch on any part of the car (fender, strut etc.).
  10. Ground clearance shouldn't be lower than 125mm
  11. It should be possible to strap down the car without risk of damage to it's body or exhaust system.
