- How do I buy from 4turbo?
Parts and accessories can be ordered in several ways:
Buy parts in our eStore. If you give us the VIN of your car in comments to the order, the Sales Department will additionally check if the parts have been chosen correctly.
Send us an enquiry via e-mail. Please, send us a detailed list of spare parts and the car's VIN number. Additional photos or information will be appreciated. Our experts will prepare a written offer for you, identified with an individual number. In matters related to that offer/order, please contact the employee who prepared it.
Call the Sales Department. Prepare your VIN number and a detailed part list. To ensure high quality service (deliveries of appropriate parts), we prefer written enquiries, as they increase the certainty that all your data and parts are correct.
- In person:
Visit the seat of our company and choose the parts with the assistance of our expert. Please, make an appointment in advance.
- Can I make a purchase without registering?
Yes. You can place orders without logging in or registering.
- Do you cooperate with automobile repair shops, wholesalers or service stations?
Yes, we are open to cooperation. We deliver parts to many companies in Poland and abroad.
- How can I check the part's availability?
Each product in the store has graphic information about its availability.

- product available in stock in the quantity of at least 1 piece,
Parts that were unavailable for a longer time can be ordered on request with a short time of delivery. In such case, please send your enquiry to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Who manufactures the parts?
Each part available in our store is marked with the name and logo of the manufacturer.
- Are these original parts?
Yes, we sell only and exclusively original parts from a given manufacturer. All the parts are in their original packaging and are supplied by renowned vendors tested by us. The manufacturer is specified for every part (refer to point 5). We do not sell non-OEM generic parts.
- Are the parts new?
Yes, we sell only and exclusively brand-new parts.
- How can I find the parts I need?
You can perform a search in various ways:
- Through the store's menu:
Select brand -> select model -> select category group -> select part.
- Through the search engine:
The search engine is on the left, write the part you need in the box (name or number).
- Enquiry to the Sales Department:
Send an e-mail with a list of the parts you need, photos of the parts or of the damaged car, and the car's VIN number. We will respond with an offer with appropriately selected parts.
- How can I know the part's orientation - left or right?
Car part orientation is always specified from the point of view of a person sitting in the driver’s seat.
- Can I negotiate prices?
Depending on order volume and frequency, there is a possibility to negotiate prices.
- Can I buy parts that I haven't found in the eStore?
Our eStore has a range of the most popular, most frequently sold and most demanded parts on the market. Nonetheless, we can order every part from the manufacturers' catalogues, which you don't find on our website. To buy a spare part this way, send your request to: email@example.com.
- Will the parts I order be compatible with my car?
When placing your order in the eStore or by e-mail, please give us your car's VIN. With this information we will be able to verify if the selected parts are compatible with a given car.
- Can I buy parts with net prices (VAT 0%)?
There is a possibility of buying parts without VAT (VAT 0% on the invoice) by foreign companies from the European Union who have an active VAT number - VIES http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=pl), or for export outside of the European Union. If you would like to buy parts without VAT, please contact our Sales Department before placing your order, and give us the exact address of your company and the European VAT number. After positive verification of your data, we will be able to sell products with net prices (0% VAT).
Attention: when buying with net prices, the products must be collected in person or dispatched to the customer's foreign address. In such cases, we cannot send the goods to another address than the one in the sales document.
- What are the available manners of delivery?
There are the following manners of delivery available:
- Collection in person,
- Courier dispatch by DHL, UPS,
- Raben pallet dispatch,
- Special delivery*.
- What are the available payment methods?
There are the following payment methods:
- Cash in the company's seat,
- Payment card in the company's seat,
- Cash on delivery (DHL or UPS courier),
- Bank transfer,
- PayPal or Dotpay payment system.
- Can I pay with credit or debit card?
Yes, credit, debit and Internet card payment is possible via the PayPal or Dotpay system. More information: paypal.com, dotpay.pl.
- Do you dispatch goods outside Europe?
Yes, we have Customers all around the world and we can dispatch parts to every continent.
- What is the order lead time?
in case of parts available in stock, we send them on the same day.
A DHL courier visits us every day at 1:00 PM, and a UPS courier at 4:00 PM.
The lead time for parts ordered on special request is specified individually.
- Will you install the parts I have ordered?
We do not operate a car workshop and we don't have a possibility to assemble the parts you buy.
- Can I receive some gadgets?
Our gadgets are available in the pertinent section of the eStore. Out spoiler stickers can be sent by courier for 20.00 PLN (payment on delivery – only in Poland!). Please, tell us your car colour and send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- How can I change where my package is at the moment?
We send products by DHL, UPS or Raben.
Current package location can be viewed at the website of the freight company, after entering the number of delivery note in the package monitoring box.

We will send you the delivery note number via SMS or e-mail, with the confirmation of dispatch from our warehouse.
DHL and UPS usually deliver domestic packages within 1-2 days from dispatch.
- What is the time of delivery of international shipping?
International packages are usually sent via UPS courier. The exact time of delivery depends on the size and manner of transport. Packages sent with the Standard UPS service are delivered after 2-5 working days within Europe.
The time of delivery by UPS Express Saver or DHL Express is 1 day (next day delivery).
- To what bank account number can I send the transfer?
The bank account number needed to pay for the ordered parts, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, will be sent to you in the order confirmation message.
Please, send the transfer to the account appropriate for each currency.

- Can I return parts, if they are not compatible with my car?
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange goods in case of purchases made by private persons. Please, consider your purchase carefully and give us your VIN, in order to avoid returns and exchange.
Returns from companies and institutions will be possible only and exclusively in justified cases!

- How will you give me my money back?
Money for the returned goods will be sent via PayPal or bank transfer (depending on the manner of payment), after the returned goods are received and verified.
