Payment for the goods can be made in three ways:

  • PayPal - We charge 3.75% of Paypal costs.
  • dotpay - Free of charge.
  • Bank transfer - We accept payments via bank transfer in following currencies. Please note payment needs to be done in the same currency as your invoice (sales order) has been raised in:

Damaged / Lost shipment

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. 4turbo Sp. z o. o. is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
